We are alive;)

March 30, 2013

Dear all,

Just when I think we are in the habit of keeping you all regularly updating.
And keeping myself regularly debriefing and recording this season of beauty and chaos that we are walking thru.
I get real far behind.
But we are here and alive and well.

Adam got a nasty case of pneumonia.
So we drove to the mountains and he was admitted in a hospital there.
We were so well cared for.
And loved.
And he has healed and come back with a vengeance;)
He lost a bit of weight at the beginning so prayers for his weight and strength to recover would be great.

Hadassah had a surgery last week as well.
It was last minute or I would have requested for prayers on here.
Prayers for continued healing there would be so loved;)

And this boy turned 6 months old.
Gosh I love him.

As of now, I will keep unpacking our suitcases.
And I shall fill you in on more details of the weekend later;)

our dining experience;) empty hospital hallway…pediatrician ‘s wife made us delicious south indian curries;)…and they washed and ironed our clothes. THAT Is humbling to receive

half of Adam’s healing was so much uninterrupted time with dad.

this captures bit of the craziness

we had a night where hadassah and katie beth watched the boys and we got some good walks in together;)

with this beauty to behold as we walked;)

and a new aussie friend introduced me to “hot cross buns”? is that even right…shameful i know…

and in an effort to maintain sanity…i explored the city a bit one day..and this boy tolerated shopping quite well;)

and we tried new foods…

and sweet friend, katie beth, loaned her knew pinktastic fabric for me to nurse beneath;)

So it has been a bit stressful but there was surely beauty in the midst of the chaos. Adam is doing much better. THank you all.

oh and maybe my favorite…they said they are bulking up to hang out with their uncles this summer… adam was pretty impressed with his little brothers pushups…
