On Adam’s “soul brother”, Saliman;)

December 18, 2013

Do you remember me writing about meeting Saliman?
I wrote a Part 1 and a Part 2.
For those who may not remember, Saliman is the one other boy in the U.S. with Adam’s condition.
To say it infused us with great encouragement to hear there was another, would be a drastic understatement.
Saliman is also adopted and is now thriving at 13 years old.
I was able to meet him and his mother this past summer and cannot wait for him to meet Adam one day;)

But I bring this up again simply to let you know that PEOPLE magazine featured Saliman and his family in their magazine last week!
If you have a way of getting your hands on a copy, please do;)
I am sorry I did not share earlier.
It has been a full few weeks and I have not really had a moment to breathe (much less blog;) )
But, all that aside, it is a beautiful article.
I will attach a few pictures here that friends from the states emailed me in India;)

One of my best friends who sent me these pictures referred to Saliman as Adam’s “soul brother”.
I liked that;)
So here are some photos for you to enjoy.
My heart and mind are brewin with other things to share.
So that shall come soon;)
