First of all, a reminder of the amazing book that is now being sold for Adam:
Adam the Elephant!!!
Just to refresh you, a dear friend of ours in Jacksonville, Jennifer Norton, and her son, Daniel Norton, wrote the book and hand painted each of the pages.
It is a beautiful story that speaks of Truth and love and the Shepherd heart of our Lord.
All proceeds will go towards care of Adam.
You can order it off eBay at
Or if you live in Tallahassee, Florida, you can contact our ‘salesperson’, Katie Mears at [email protected]

Praying over Adam |
Me with some of the kids and Little Bird;) |
-Continued prayers: continued healing; wisdom/strength/patience for Raja and I caring for Adam at home, Adam to recover back his physical strength (After being in PICU for 2 weeks, in bed for nearly 20 days, his muscle strength has really fallen behind) and endurance from this time in the hospital.
Also, we wanted to share with you that on March 13th, Adam’s story will be featured on multiple channels of CBN (Chrstn Broadcasting Network). It will be a 5 minute piece on him here at UNC, doctors involved, his story, etc. We would love for you to tune in! We will keep you posted on that!
A beautiful picture that foreshadows my blog to come, “the Father’s heart”
Thankful our son does not have to wear those crazy patches anymore! But I do love this picture! |

I adore you all. You inspire me every single day. Each time I read your words and see that little miracle, I find a renewed desire to be better, work harder, to love more like Jesus loves… I am so blessed to have found you, to have found Adam. I love him and feel so drawn to him and you two. Prayers and hugs from miles and miles away. Eunice Forster

Praising God for Adam's recovery and the provision of needed supplies! Of course you all will continue to be in our prayers every day. My daughter talks about Adam several times a day!

I bought one of the books for my nephews and through it I was not only able to remind them of a great Bible story and tell them about Adam's story, but I was also able to talk to them about all kinds of children around the world less fortunate than them.
Many prayers coming your way from over in Arizona.

I would like to purchase a copy of Adam's book, to be delivered to the orphanage. How should I go about doing so? If Ebay, what address should the book be shipped to? Thanks for allowing me to witness your journey!
