Forgot about that witty title given to our home by the one and only Shem Miller;)
But yes…this will be a few pictures from recent happenings.
It is a Thursday evening. Raja had a good day at work, started teaching an intro to Psychiatry class to Residents here which is always exciting for him (teaching and psychiatry both). At the moment he is reading in our cocoon traveler’s hammock which he has managed to wedge between our back little storage house and the clothes line;)
Adam is resting listening to some music. He’s been a bit fussy today, but has had some really wonderful days leading up to today. Oh wait..interruption…Adam wakening…wanting hammock time with dad. Ok…I am back and the boys are both happy out back;)
So here are some photos for your viewing pleasure:
So homemade granola is a favorite of ours around here. Especially refreshing with cold milk (which we have available regularly now! In our old home…milk was a rare commodity…except in powder form) or during a sunset with a warm cup of chai;)
This is our lovely oven;) I tried to alter the settings to make it look a bit more…I dont know…romantically rustic…but no…that’s just not how it is. Its rough and intense and barely holding together these days. But thank you to Bruce &Judy McJones and Coleman ovens. We would miss out on a lot of treats without you and your grungy self.
And I have yet to find a lawn mower and we actually have a fairly decent backyard that needs trimming. Raja was working on it on his evenings but one day I had a lot of steam to work off so I went at it…and surprised my husband on his return;) It ached but felt good and proved to be safe pregnancy exercise;)

You guys look so happy, I especially loved the photo of Adam cuddled in on Rajas shoulder looking at him.
Its been an eventful 2 years since London days.
Looks like you're having a lot of fun homemaking and getting sorte, What you said about lying on the bed 4-6 hours a day reminds me of this time last year when it was so hot in bhopal all I could do was lie on a mat directly under the fan and drink water. I cant even imagine being pregnant with a baby in it.
Try squishing up a few mangos and putting them in a jug in the freezer then drinking it (if you have a freezer!) its amaaaazing and very cooling
Big love to you all XXXX

I am so glad to see the continued Faithfulness of Our Father. He is so good to us and for what reason, other than unhindered Love, I cannot imagine. The growth of Adam, you, Raj and the little one, is amazing to watch. Thank you for all the updates. Each one puts a smile on my face and gives me hope for the future. God bless you and keep you. Amen

I am up much too late over here, and just finished some late praying and as I came to 'baby Adam' as he is referred too in my prayer time, God knows which baby Adam I mean of course, I thought about how I was missing a new update. And poof there one was!
He is so big and precious!
