afire with Him

April 4, 2013

Earth’s crammed with heaven

And every common bush afire with God;

But only he who sees, takes off his shoes,

The rest sit round it and pluck blackberries,”
-elizabeth barrett browning

Dear one,

I hope wherever you are today
You will see the fire of His beauty
Even in the most common of things.
Take off your shoes.
Behold His glory all around.

I am thankful for my sons who are reminding me how.

Oh to behold a leaf crunching in your hands for the first time.

And to be able to SEE out of eyes once threatened with blindness…

All the beauty of a sea of flowers

Love to you this indian evening

    Love you dearly. You are one beautiful lady.
    I was telling my sister yesterday, Oh to be so naturally beautiful like my friend Jessica in India. (smile) big hug.
