Prayer Request and (SOME of) Your Pictures

Thanks guys for all of your prayers.

It has been an up and down week.

But today, Adam spiked a high fever and had a pretty intense cough.

We brought him in to be looked at and they decided he needed admission.

So we are up at the hospital tonight and they are starting him on some good antibiotics.

We are feeling a little overwhelmed and sad seeing Adam like this.

He has had such a good summer and has amazed us all with his strength and intelligence and endurance.

So it is hard to walk this path.

Praying for complete healing.

Our friend, Michelle, who drove over to be with Elliot the weekend of surgery brought Elliot up wearing his gangster style bandana for his brother

Shannon, sister n law of a best friend of mine wore a hat for Adam in japan;)

This man, Larry, and his wife, Mary, are certainly 2 of the most influential people in my life thus far. I adore them both so very much. Larry wore a bandana for Adam;)

The story here may just bring me to tears again. These children are at a children’s home not far from our home (in india). So much about this makes me want to weep. The brokenness these children know in their own lives…Willing to listen to Adams story and wear scarves for him… My own heart that beats for their nation and aches being away…And our sweet friend there with them. The connections with her are crazy. She met a best friend of mine 4 years ago in the states…. Then she moved to india the same week we returned I the US with Adam in 2011… And she is from chapel hill… And we now attend her church and the family whom we live here was all connected thru her! Is He not a grand Weaver?!
